We value the safety of your children.
This is why we have procedures in place to check each child in and out safely and effectively. When you check in your child they will get a sticker name tag with a unique code on it to be worn during the entire service. You will receive a parent ticket with a matching code which must be used when picking up your child at the end of the service. For their safety we ask that you show your ticket with a matching code every time—even if we see you every week and know you by name.
If for any reason we need to reach you during the service, we will text the phone number provided during check in. Please come to the Chapel Kids hallway to speak to our service leader.

We want to help MOVE kids one step closer to God and each other.
We want YOU to partner with US as we invest in the lives of our future generation:

TAKE HOME PAPERS
Each week you'll take home a paper of what your child is learning! Re-read your child's memory verse throughout the week, discuss the bottom line from the lesson that week, or for older kids you may do daily devotionals or find other ways to help you and your child spend time with God and each other.

PARENT CUE APP
Download the app here to stay up to date with what we are learning each week and to keep the conversation with your kids going.

EARLY CHILDHOOD
INFANTS
We understand that it can be difficult to leave your baby with someone else for the first time! We hope any concerns will melt away when you see our loving volunteers anticipating holding and rocking your baby! Our desire is to show your baby the love of Christ through caring for them and allowing you to engage in worship hands free. Your baby can be promoted from the Infants room to the Ones room when they are age one and able to stand and walk confidently. Just notify their teacher when you’re ready to move them to the Ones room.

ONES
As your child transitions to the one year old room they will experience opportunities for group playtime as they become more independent. Fun toddler worship music, lots of bubbles and loving volunteers reading stories are all used to reinforce God’s love through play and interaction. Your child will be promoted to the Twos room when they reach their second birthday.

TWOS
In our two year old room, your child may experience a bubble machine, play-dough and all things toddler! Our curriculum starts at this age and is centered on these three basic truths: God loves you, God made you, and Jesus wants to be your forever friend. Every week your children will learn a Bible story and make a simple craft that will help them understand the key truth for the day. Your child will be promoted to the threes room when they reach their third birthday.

THREES
Your three year old will be welcomed by enthusiastic volunteers that love toddlers. As we continue to teach them our three basic truths: God loves you, God made you, and Jesus wants to be your forever friend their time is divided into several segments. After they walk in the door, or crawl through the tunnel, they participate in open play time. Several fun and creative activities will be offered. They will then hear a creative presentation of the Bible story and participate in worship, where they are encouraged to sing and dance and interact with our JAM team. Following the worship and story time, they will go to small groups where they participate in a game, craft and activities that reinforce the Bible story and the Bible point of the month through hands-on experience. Your child will be promoted to the Fours and Fives class when they reach their four year old birthday.

FOURS & FIVES
By the time your child reaches our Four and Five year old room, they are ready to be a bit more independent. We have a stage for worship and teaching is similar to the threes room, their day is broken up into several segments. After they walk in the door, they participate in open play time. Several fun and creative activities will be offered. They will then hear a creative presentation of the Bible story and participate in worship, where they are encouraged to sing and dance and interact with our JAM team. Following the worship and story time, they will go to small groups where they participate in a game, craft and snack time that reinforce the Bible story and the Bible point of the month through hands-on experience. Your child will be promoted to the K/5 classroom in the fall when they are entering kindergarten.

EARLY ELEMENTARY
KINDERGARTEN-3RD GRADE
Kids are challenged every weekend in Chapel Kids to trust God, make wise choices and build everlasting friendships. Here’s what a typical morning looks like:

WELCOME
Each child is greeted in their classroom by their Room Leader and Small Group Leader. Kids connect with their small group leader and friends through activity or playtime. Each group is divided by grade. Starting in 3rd grade they may also be separated by gender.

WORSHIP
Shortly after arriving, kids join together for worship, Chapel Kids style. This fun and active worship time is led by our JAM (Jesus and Me) team which is made up of both adult and kid leaders who are dedicated to help kids worship Jesus.

LARGE GROUP TEACHING
Kids then move to our large group environment where they hear the bible story and “Bottom Line” of the day. We use costumes, props, videos and characters – anything to make the Bible come to life.

SMALL GROUP TIME
Kids then travel back to their small group area where their leaders help them understand how the day’s bottom line can fit into their everyday life. Small group leaders in Chapel Kids are serious about having fun with kids and passionate about teaching the truth of God’s word. We want kids to see how God fits into their lives, to learn how to talk to Him, and to build friendships that will last. Every Sunday they connect to the same small group of kids and the same small group leaders. That way they get connected and we have the best chance to establish a relationship that’s going to matter when they need it most.

CHAPEL PRETEEN
4TH-5TH GRADE
We understand that preteens, more than ever are caught in between adolescence and childhood. Between expectations and reality. And between information and understanding. Our primary goal is to make Chapel Preteen a place where we can catch them. Where we can give them a safe place to land in a world where they aren't elementary kids anymore but they aren't quite middle schoolers. *Not offered at all campuses

HANGOUT TIME
This is simply free time where small group leaders connect relationally with kids through playing basketball, four square, painting nails or making bracelets. This time is created in order to let kids enter the room, play and find a place where they connect.

WORSHIP
In Chapel Preteen we do not have a specific way we worship. Our goal is to teach the kids what worship is and why it is important in their lives. We offer a variety of ways to worship including videos, live worship, going to Chapel Middle School or the adult worship service. Sometimes we will also do a worship activity such as painting, writing or praying.

LARGE GROUP TEACHING
Our Large Group environment is modeled after a living room setting. The teacher leads them in a bible story and helps to explore the Key Question of the day. We end small group by asking the kids to discuss the question in their small group.

SMALL GROUP TIME
The leaders spend this time helping the kids to apply how the bible story and lesson applies to their every day lives. They have candid conversations about real struggles and questions that they may be having and help to show them how the Bible is the place to go for their answers. The kids are split up by grade and gender and have the same sex leader.
